a walk in the park

Finally, I made it into the park and with Laurie for company too! The mystery shiny pillar is revealed! Thus we have a mirrored mosaic covered tree.

Then I stepped into the otherworldly underwater dimension...
We had a nice time. Except for that one guy, but I'll let Laurie tell it, because I know she will capture the creepiness better.
We used the walk to relieve our test stress. I think I did well, but there were several educated guesses and at least one wild grasp at anything remotely correct. Later, around 8, we watched Mika play the euphonium with another fellow on guitar at a place on campus. Afterwards we headed to the Boole where I printed out lots of art pictures in preparation for the final exam May 17. Overall a productive, successful day. ; )
